Terrance Green is the author of the book- Becoming an all “A” student: The Quick & Easy Guide to Getting a 4.0.
Terrance Green was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. While in high school he suffered from the “just-do-enough-to-get-by-syndrome”, which plagues many of our youth today. However, by the Grace of God and determined parents, he found himself enrolled in a four year university. During that transition he had an “academic epiphany.” He discovered the keys to unlocking his God given abilities and became a 4.0 student during several report card markings.
After gradating with his Bachelor’s degree, Terrance served his community as a high school science teacher, for 3 years. As a teacher, he studied the habits and characteristics of 4.0 students. Mr. Green has the personal mission statement of imparting sound knowledge into today’s generation in order to positively influence future generations.
During Terrance’s short career, as a high school teacher, he accomplished many amazing feats. He has been featured in and written articles in several National Education magazines such as Tomorrow's Teacher and NEA Today. As well, Mr. Green has been a guest on several television and radio programs. Terrance has worked with and given presentations to numerous schools, universities, TRIO programs, churches and social organizations including: National GEAR UP, NCCEP, National Education Association (NEA), California GEAR-UP, Michigan Education Association, Kentucky State University, Kentucky Education Association, Future Educators of America, California State University, Tri-County Technical College, Oakland University, University California San Diego, Wayne State University, Central Michigan University, Michigan State University and a host of other organizations. In addition, Mr. Green was privileged to serve on the National Education Association (NEA) Board of Directors as a student board member, where he was a voice for over 60,000 pre-service teachers. Also, in 2007, Terrance started a mentoring group for low socioeconomic and underachieving African-American male high school students in Kentucky.
Terrance speaks abroad, sharing success strategies that will help change people’s lives. His style of teaching focuses on imparting energetic, passionate, practical, yet simple understanding into the minds and hearts of his audience. Terrance Green is the Founder & President of a Christian principled educational/motivational consulting company, Limitless Altitude, Limitless Attitude LLC (www.limitlessattitude.com). The company has the mission of, propelling people to limitless altitudes by instilling in them limitless attitudes.
Terrance Green holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology Education from Kentucky State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from The University of Kentucky. Currently, at the age of 27, Terrance is a 4.0 Ph.D. student in the Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Terrance is passionate about impacting, empowering, transforming, and catapulting people's lives into a positive (God desired) direction.
